Fame Points are based on your previous 7 days of PVP action, the better you do in PVP, the more Fame Points you get

When you start getting Fame Points, you will see your overall Damage go up when fighting. The more Fame Points you have, the better damage boost you'll get (for both PVP and fighting monsters).
