I need to speak with a gm/admin quick. I just got a pm in ss1 from a gm/admin informing me I had an indecent name and was going to banned that account. He later on informed me that he was just banning the account and letting me make another. Something went wrong and now I can't even enter the game. At first I couldn't even make and account. Even using random letters and numbers. I played ss1 around 2 yrs ago and recently started playing again. Please suggest me on what to do in my situation.

Firstly try to contact the mod here on forums. PM him/her via your UCP.

Okay don't think I'm a mod just cause my name has 'Mod' in it.

I can't fix your problem but there are some things that you can see if you CAN actually play, but not normally.

1. Where did you play? If SS mainsite, try Kongregate or Facebook or Mochigames etc. If all these don't work, move to next step.
2. Are you on a laptop? If you are, create another computer account, go on that one and try to play from regular portal. If it still doesn't work, something is definately, wrong but still you can try next one.
3. Go to a different computer and play. There really can't be anything else wrong here... unless you are under the same IP Address that might still effect it. If you are not in the same IP Address though, then it should work. Hopefully.

I take full responsibility for this mess up. I verified I was taking correct protocol with the other mods online at the time. Unfortunately the incorrect steps were taken and your IP was banned. I am now contacting the developer to correct the situation. I will keep you updated.

There's nothing that can be done about that. Plus why would they give you the gold and exp back for you doing something like that?

In a store,you can get a refund if an item has not been used. But by telling you want an exp transfer,you say that the Guard-item has been used=no refund
