Amber grenade grinds

Well, I am trying to farm an amber grenade for future alts, but I'm not sure if I'm farming the right battle...
According to the wiki it says Sewers, room 3, 2 lvl 48 male cultists... But, the only place I can find that in the whole sewer/shrine is in room 2 of shrine... If you could go from sewers room 2 to that room, then it would be sewers 3.... But you can't go that way... So the only way to get to that battle is from overgrown path to 2nd shrine room...
The fight I've seen the level 48 cults in is the ?4th? battle in shrine room 2... Accompanied with 2 Cultist gunners and 2 skeletal maidens... Is the the right fight? Can anyone confirm it?

As long as you see the correct monster at the correct level, you're in the correct battle.

It doesn't matter the battle, just the monster's kind and level (example: Level 20 Badger) the wiki just tells you where you can find them and what monster/level pair drops what
