I am a lvl 27 spring soldier, looking for good knuckles to use, i got a couple of questions.
1. which r the best,
2.Where can i loot it/ buy it

The only knuckles you can loot are lvl 9, 31 & 49.

As marakesh stated, you can look at the wiki to see where the knuckles drop which of course 3 drop, here is a list of all the knuckles and their prices
